In June of 2014 David Whitaker and Kathryn Lynch Underwood submitted a report to Mayor Duggan, Detroit City Council, and the City Planning Commission entitled Advancing Urban Livestock in Detroit. Included in that document is a Proposal for an Urban Livestock Guild in the city of Detroit. This is an idea we haven't heard before.
