Proposed 2015 GAAMPs Documents

We requested copies of the Proposed 2015 GAAMPs, in advance of the meeting next week when they will be formally introduced to the Commission of Agriculture and Rural Development. No changes were proposed to the Pesticide, Irrigation, Cranberry, or Farm Markets GAAMPs. Changes are being proposed to the Site Selection, Manure Management, Care of Farm Animals, and Nutrient Utilization GAAMPs, and can be found here:

Ben Martin Case Transferred from District Court to Circuit Court

The ongoing battle of Ben Martin to grow tomatoes and keep goats on over three acres in Richland Township is moving from the 8th District Court to the Circuit Court. Papers were filed by attorney Christopher E. Tracy on November 7th.
